What is the Traveller Review Award?
The Booking.com Traveller Review Award is an annual appreciation program that recognizes partners for their exceptional hospitality, as evidenced by the review scores left by travellers after their stay or experience.
For accommodation partners in 2026, Booking.com states an average review score of at least 8.0 based on at least three reviews as of 11:59 pm CET on November 30, 2025. A 9.1 score is not the universal award threshold.
This award was verified for a property managed by StayJP. It does not mean every managed property won or guarantee future ratings.
Official 2026 accommodation criteria
These criteria are stated in Booking.com's February 4, 2026 announcement.
- Average review score of 8.0 out of 10 or higher
- At least three reviews by the assessment date
- Assessment cutoff of 11:59 pm CET on November 30, 2025
- Reviews submitted by guests who booked through Booking.com
Evidence to retain for each property
Keep the property name, award year, score and verification date together; do not generalize them to other properties or the whole company.
- Verify property name and award year in the account or official certificate
- Record the displayed score and verification date
- Retain property-level review count and score history
- Confirm usage permission and display guidance before advertising
