[Seasonal Operations] Winter-to-Summer Bedding Changeover & Professional Laundering Completed Across All Properties

With the arrival of peak summer temperatures, StayJP completed its annual seasonal bedding changeover in July 2026 across all properties under management. 【Operations Carried Out】 The changeover covered the following full workflow: ① Collection of winter comforters from all properties — Winter down comforters and heavy blankets were retrieved from each room, sorted by property ID and room number, and tagged individually to prevent any mix-ups during storage. ② Professional laundering & sanitation — All collected winter bedding was entrusted to our certified commercial laundry partners for high-temperature washing, industrial drying, anti-mite treatment, and full sanitation. Cleaned items were vacuum-sealed and stored under climate-controlled conditions until the winter season. ③ Summer quilt installation — Fresh, pre-laundered summer quilts were installed in every room across every managed property. Each item was inspected for texture, cleanliness, and visual presentation to meet StayJP's bedding quality standards before deployment. ④ Quality review & maintenance logging — Any bedding showing signs of wear, pilling, or staining beyond our quality threshold was immediately discarded and replaced with new inventory. All changeover records were simultaneously updated in each property's maintenance log. 【StayJP Bedding Management Policy】 The comfort and cleanliness of bedding directly shapes the guest experience and is one of the most consistently referenced factors in OTA review scores. StayJP operates a structured annual bedding management cycle — with scheduled seasonal changeovers, professional laundering, and rigorous quality inspection — so that every guest arrives to a bed that is not only pristine, but optimally suited to the ambient temperature of the season. This operation has been completed in full. As of today, all managed properties are fully equipped with summer bedding and ready to welcome the summer travel season.
